Blaine was extremely professional and courteous. From the time he greeted me at the door until he left, Blaine paid attention to details even covering his shoes with protective covering so that he would not track dirt into my home. He addressed the problem and explained in detail what was going on.

We have been doing business with JA-Roy Pest Control for 5 years for termite treatment and are very happy with their service. I would like to personally recognize Blaine for his exceptional service. He is very professional and friendly. While he was checking & treating our yard; I informed him that we would be renovating our master bathroom. Once the jacuzzi and shower are removed, we need someone to come back and spay for termites. He said “No problem; just call to let us know and we will come back out.”I called and he came right out and sprayed.I was thrilled!
