The tech that came out was very professional and ensured every bait station was checked.

Blaine was extremely professional and courteous. From the time he greeted me at the door until he left, Blaine paid attention to details even covering his shoes with protective covering so that he would not track dirt into my home. He addressed the problem and explained in detail what was going on.

We have been doing business with JA-Roy Pest Control for 5 years for termite treatment and are very happy with their service. I would like to personally recognize Blaine for his exceptional service. He is very professional and friendly. While he was checking & treating our yard; I informed him that we would be renovating our master bathroom. Once the jacuzzi and shower are removed, we need someone to come back and spay for termites. He said “No problem; just call to let us know and we will come back out.”I called and he came right out and sprayed.I was thrilled! I want to give kudos to Mr. Mason Hano - Ja-Roy General Pest Control Technician for his excellent customer service on 6/4/26 (Thurs.). He was very professional and knowledgeable. He has a very strong work ethic, and he always strives to please the customer.Prior to his general pest control service visit on our property, l sent a text message to Mr. Mason involving some pertinent details about what we wanted to be done.Mr. Mason texted me 30 minutes before his arrival time. He arrived on our property promptly at the time he indicated and immediately began to work, assessing our outside perimeter and all that needed to be done. He performed a very thorough general pest control inspection, fulfilling all of our requests.Upon completion, Mr. Mason emailed me a copy of his Inspection Report. In this report, he explained exactly what chemical he used and where he applied it. In his observations and insights, he clearly communicated, educating us on his inspection process.If you agree with my kudos about Mr. Mason’s outstanding performance, then I hope that you will reward him for his exceptional customer service. Blaine came out for our annual termite preventative treatment. Call the day before to give us the time window, and showed up right on time. Quick and painless - wouldn’t have even had to have been home since it’s all outside.
