This review is strictly about a young lady I spoke with by the name of Kareene. First let me say, one of the most pleasant phone voices I have run across, and I talk to people on the phone dozens of times a day.
There was an issue with our business account. Not only did she find a resolution, she went above and beyond to ensure our specific needs are being met. Even if she had not been able to help us, she was personable, engaging, polite and REAL. (No AI for me please) The fact that she did (unasked) choose to go above and beyond was icing on the cake.
THIS is how costomer service is supposed to work!!

Steven was thorough and friendly. He explained things in a simple manner and offered easy suggestions for lingering problems.

Steven did our home inspection / treatment today. He was very thorough, knowledgeable and helpful with tips / recommendations. He covered all bases and told usnto reach out if a number of scenarios were to happen. It was a pleasure having him service the home today.

Ja-Roy has been handling pest and termite control at one of my properties for a number of years. Service has been good. Mike Sullivan is a great tech who is friendly, communicates well and does a great job. He’s handled both termites and general pest control for me and I would highly recommend him. Great guy!

Jahlen was a very respectful and informative young man, especially when it came to explaining everything. He informed me on everything that he did and what I could do on my end to help. Overall, the service was a 10/10, I highly recommend.

Billy was very professional and courteous and friendly and he knows his job very well!! Great guy!! He was very thorough looked at all the bathrooms and even went into the attic. He let me know the things I need to take care of!! He deserves a raise and a bonus!!!
