No message about why they were calling. It showed up as spam on my phone. I really hat call centers. what happened to the local personal service. I have used Jay Roy for many years. Their technicians are friendly, knowledgeable in their job, and what’s more, they care. They take pride in good service.
The one drawback in an otherwise seamless transition is the automated answering service. In the recent past it was good to call and speak directly to a human and not have to push a bunch of buttons. This is SO impersonal and quite a contrast to the people working for Ja-Roy.
BUT, once a real live person answers, they are polite and very helpful. And when I laugh at myself and joke because of a goofy mistake I’ve made, they laugh also. And you can’t get that from a recording!

Because of Chad, we have opened up another account for service for our Mother's home located in another part of town. (Unfortunately not Chad's territory)
We are also going to start Termite service for our home with Ja-Roy because of Chad's recommendation.
