We had an outstanding experience with Ja-Roy for our termite service, all thanks to our technician, John. He called the day before to confirm the appointment, arrived exactly on time, and got right to work. After completing the service, John took the time to answer all of my questions and even provided excellent suggestions to help secure our home further. He was incredibly respectful, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the entire visit. Ja-Roy has a fantastic employee in John, and I highly recommend their team.

Ja-Roy has been our pest control service for many years and does an outstanding job. My pest control man always asks if we have had any issues since his last visit that he needs to address. Very friendly and trustworthy. Excellent job. Maison is a great ambassador for Ja-Roy.

The services provided by Ja-Roy Pest Control was well worth the money spent. They changed the bait stations for the Termite Control Program that we are on, and the guy (Jarred Perrin) went above and beyond by giving us a courtesy “pests spray” around the exterior of the house; we didn’t have to pay for it. I recommend J’s-Roy Pest Control to anyone looking for great pest control company, at a great price.

Michael does a great job taking care of our preventative pest control. He is always communicative and thorough.

John did an outstanding job. He walked me through the whole process and explained in detail how the sentracon system works. The man who came last year did not and I wasn't aware that each sensor has a reading tied to it. Again, John is a great employee. Please do what you need to...in order to keep him.
