I have been a Ja-Roy customer for years, and for the most part been pleased. When the new company took over, the customer service went away. I was called at least one month prior to my renewal being due. I told her that I was not ready to pay, that I had a month before it was due. She said if you don't pay now I will continue to call you until you pay. Very unprofessional ! ! I will have someone else when it's due again.
