The call center and scheduling is still a major issue when it comes to getting a date to spray my property. The technician performing the service is the only reason I keep the contract on 3 properties.

I’ve always had great service with JA-Roy. Jason White came out and took care of my termite renewal today and he was outstanding !!!

I have been a customer for 7 years and have had the opportunity to work with Eric for those 7 years. Great communication, service response and trust has been the norm. Eric has been responsive, responds quickly and works outside of the electronic and pre-determined appointments that have been set is a benefit of having personal service. We've been using J-Roy for at least 25 years and they are fantastic. We recently heard a rodent in our attic and they came out and quickly identified where the rodent was getting in. Our technician Kenny that just came out went above and beyond the call to really do a thorough inspection. We very much appreciate their service!

Victoria from Ja-Roy pest control is very sweet and informative. She deserves a raise her customer service is excellent and I would highly recommend requesting her specifically. She made us feel at ease and she gave us some tips on how to keep the pest from coming into our home which was very helpful seeing how we live in a rural area. & She even left us with an amazing holiday recipe which we will be trying. Ja-Roy is the best pest control company hands down, if you ever need a good pest control company that is affordable and well experienced they are it!! 🤗🤗♥️
